General
Our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all deliveries and services. Once you have finally submitted an order, it becomes binding.
Delivery Area
We deliver only within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Delivery Time
Shipping takes place twice per week. If an item is not available in stock, we will inform you as soon as possible when delivery can be expected. Delivery is carried out at the recipient’s risk.
Shipping
Orders are shipped on weekdays via Swiss Post. Delivery is normally made using PostPac Economy. Shipping costs amount to CHF 7.90. Orders with a goods value of CHF 100.00 or more are shipped free of charge.
Prices
All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and exclude the statutory VAT.
Minimum Order Value
A minimum order value of CHF 20.00 is required for a valid order.
Payment Terms
Payments can be made via PayPal, credit card, bank transfer, TWINT, or Apple Pay. All payments must be made in advance – we do not send invoices.
Complaints
Complaints regarding defects or incomplete or incorrect deliveries must be submitted to us in writing immediately, but no later than 20 days from the invoice date.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. Opening the original packaging voids the right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for the value of the goods ordered, excluding delivery costs, no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Liability for Damages
Claims for damages due to errors in images, prices, or texts, or due to delayed or omitted delivery, are strictly excluded. The color of the products shown in the online shop may differ from the actual product color.
Data Protection
The data necessary for processing business transactions will of course be treated confidentially.
